Rural Water 3.0
Rural Water 3.0
Work is underway to bring public water access to more than 400 homes in western Boone County. Rural Water 3.0 is the latest effort from the Boone County Fiscal Court to offer safe, reliable public water to residents without access to waterlines. To date, Boone County has installed - or is in the process of installing - waterlines that will bring public water to more than 640 homes. Nearly 30 streets were approved to receive waterlines by the Fiscal Court. Those streets have been broken into three groups to help expedite construction. Work now moves toward design and construction.
